Love this chest of drawers with its shimmering mother-of-pearl inlay and fluted sides. This chest has beautiful shades of metallic champagne gold. The drawers give a decent amount of storage. The top seems very durable and glossy- actually looks great for faux marble. The combination of all the features give it a soft glam look. It came in 2 large boxes and took about three and a half hours to put together. Highly recommend this gorgeous, quality piece!

I absolutely love the look of this dresser. The genuine mother-of-pearl drawer fronts are beautiful in person and give it a unique, high-end look. I was also pleasantly surprised by the faux marble top. I was worried it might have the typical printed MDF appearance, but it’s much more convincing than most faux marble finishes I’ve seen. The dresser is very substantial, feels sturdy, and has a nice solid presence once assembled. One thing to be aware of is that the storage capacity is smaller than the overall dimensions suggest. The sides of the dresser are quite thick, which reduces the interior drawer space. I actually expected to gain storage compared to my previous dresser based on the listed dimensions, but I ended up with less usable drawer space. Assembly is straightforward but time-consuming, which is to be expected for a large five-drawer dresser. It took two of us about 2.5 hours to put together. One tip that will save some frustration don’t fully tighten the drawer frames before installing the large drawer bottoms. The alignment has to be just right, so it’s much easier to loosely hold the drawer together, slide the bottom panel into place, and then tighten everything afterward. The back panel also required careful alignment before it would fit properly. The finish is a little different than I expected from the listing. There are actually two complementary gold tones. The top, legs, and drawer hardware are a muted soft gold, while the fluted sides and trim are more of a pale champagne gold. I think the combination looks elegant. Overall, despite the smaller-than-expected drawer capacity, I’m very happy with this purchase. The craftsmanship feels solid, the materials look much more expensive than I expected, and it’s a beautiful statement piece that really elevates the room.
