We aren't impressed. Probably should have spent more to get a really good one like our previous one (from you). Went through a lot of hassle -- if you check our records. At least it's all together this time.

Arrived with several scratches, chips and dings. I was able to fix or conceal most of them but it took me a while. The assembly was straightforward but the screws would not tighten. Insert a wooden toothpick into the hole before driving the screw to make sure it's screwed tightly. The assembled bookshelf tower looks great and holds a surprising amount of books. The rotating feature is very convenient.

Decent piece, but arrived with several scratches and dings. It's almost impossible to get through to customer service lately, and when you do, they are having "technical issues" so you need to call back later. Not worth the hassle of trying to return. Regardless, the first few steps are a big tricky to get through because the directions are less than clear. My advice is to put each sections together and attach, versus trying to build from the bottom up. It spins nicely, even on carpet and with a bit of weight from books and decorations. Overall I'm pleased, just wish I didn't have to hide the dings and that the screw heads were less obvious- you can can see one on every section of shelf.
