It is missing the power supply so it wont work

It is great.

We were so excited to receive our new 64.6" Upholstered Modern Power Reclining Loveseat Sofa, especially with its advertised adjustable lumbar support and headrest. However, our excitement quickly faded as we unboxed and set it up.It was immediately evident how cheaply made this loveseat is. The cushion foam feels incredibly cheap and flat, lacking any form of substantial support or comfort. Sitting on it feels like being in an airplane seat—far from what we expected for the price we paid. I can't imagine these cushions holding up for more than two months.To add to our frustration, we now have to pay $180 to return the couches. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this product to others. The picture is taken after only sitting in the chair for 10 minutes. I only weight 175lbs.

Very comfortable, but not real high quality product. The one side that is sat in most collapsed soon after getting it on the leg rest, so it looks frumpy and has to be pulled out and fluffed each time you get up. The adjustable positioning with lumbar support is nice.

My loveseat arrived and was damaged. Wayfair has replaced the first unit. It is beautiful. We chose the light grey and it fits our decor very well. We really appreciate the functionality of the unit with its head, lumbar, head and foot control.
