This Murphy bed is a perfect option to turn a lounge area into a spare room for guests.

This was a very economical solution to a spacing saving need for multipurpose spaces or small quarters. It did take awhile to set up but wasn’t super difficult. You will need multiple people to set it up. The only reason I rated 4 stars was the front panels are very thin and ites extremely easy to screw through causing the battens to pop out.

The product is nice enough quality for the price. Easy to assemble with 2 people, took about 6 hours total. Not recommended to try this alone. Lifting the shipment boxes alone was a 2-3 person job. One of the boxes was 90lbs! We were thrown off when we realized the wall stud holes were 19" apart instead of the standard 16" so we had to drill one into a stud and the other 2 into drywall with anchors. Also, the product description says it fits a 8-12" thick Queen mattress. Our mattress was 12" and it will not close with the headboard installed.

Great price, fast shipping! Looking forward to getting this bed together. Will come back to review if there are any issues once put together.
