Firstly, the shelf is beautiful. But I don't think this product has been properly quality controlled or tested. Whoever wrote the instructions, no one ever checked their work or tried to build it from their instructions, I guarantee it. Significant portions of the instructions are completely incorrect. The labelling of the holes on the panels and which side they are on is wrong. It changes several times in the drawings, often on the wrong side. You'll install a rod, and in the next drawing it wont be there anymore. Some pieces it asks you to put on unnecessarily early, which hinders the rest of your build. So you take it off and put it back on later. Overall this makes it extremely confusing and challenging to set up. Very frustrating If any staff want to call me to hear precise details on what is wrong with the set up, I'm happy to chat. Also it had minor damage (cracks in the finish) in several locations.
