2 boxes arrived, so the back and seat of one chair, and the middle aisle. I'll wait 3 days for the rest. I will return if "power-push-button" description is misleading. There's no motor on the one seat so far delivered, so maybe on the next shipment. The "power recliner" looks like a pull handle release on the side. Door step box drop off at midnight of a box that's too heavy for one person to lift is not great either.

This product is completely misrepresented and untrue. It is not a power recliner and does not have a message feature as stated. I only bought this recliner based on those false claims.

Not what we expected the cushions are very thin. We waited to see if it would get better as you sit down you have springs in your hind end the quality is not as good

I have to give you five stars for the way you worked things out with us on this order! We couldn’t be happier! We only received part of our order and apparently the rest of the order was no longer available. You very quickly refunded our money, no questions asked and allowed us to dispose of what was here. It was really not good to anyone, except a fun 14 year old teen who plays guitar and wanted it for his bedroom, and was actually grateful it didn’t have the left arm because it gave him the free space he needed for sitting in that chair and playing his guitar! So we want to thank you for making the life of a teen boy, upcoming great musician, and someone we love very much, our oldest grandson, beyond happy with something no one else had any use for! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!
