After about a year of minimal usage, (we have no kids living in the house) peeling leather and stitches are opening in numerous places on both armrest cushions and on 1 of the recliners and some pthe back cushion

The heat option stopped working quickly and the stitching has come apart on the seats. We very much regret purchasing these.

UPDATED REVIEW January 2026 DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. Better yet, DO NOT BUY FROM WAYFAIR PERIOD UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. It developed clear internal defects and bumps everywhere unrelated to usage. The 3 year protection plan we purchased was a joke All-State denied the claim and Wayfair basically said sorry for your (bad) luck. We are so disgusted with Wayfair and their lack of customer service with our one issue in decades of being loyal customers. We will never purchase from Wayfair again! We finally replaced our old couch and wanted something not terribly big and its perfect. We LOVE the massage and heat settings and the recline features! We had company on Thanksgiving and the new couch was a big hit, we barely got to sit on it ourselves☺️. Love the gray color and it cleans up easily which is essential with 4 dogs on and off it all day. Its not super cushion-y soft, Id say its on the firmer side, so if youre looking for something fluffy cozy, this probably isnt

This is by far the worst product I have ever owned. Within a short time of use, all three seats have completely sunk down. The springs are literally poking into my back, making it impossible to sit comfortably. The quality is extremely poor, and I regret buying this sofa. I would not recommend this to anyone.
