We bought this for a flex room that we have as a studio and we wanted to block a door and this is perfect for that corner! If we want to allow access, it is easy to shift from an L-shape bookshelf to a regular bookshelf. The functionality aspect is great and we can't wait to make this a beautiful space. The color is just like it's pictured!

This is a great large book case. The instructions are easy to follow. If you are looking for a transitional style or coastal style bookcase this is it. Also great for dorm/ apartment living

The shelves are great quality and look awesome in the room. I bought two so I could have a nice corner. HOWEVER, the top left vertical piece that closes off the shelf had holes that were pre-drilled incorrectly in both units. I know this to be true because it was assembled by a Wayfair professional who triple-checked. Customer support confirmed an issue as well. They are still usable and look GREAT. I just needed to add my own brackets to join that one spot.
