Hard as a rock yet can still feel the wood inner guts through the cushions. I knew the price was too good to be true. I should have trusted my gut. I'm literally trying to give this away,,,, FREE! And yet no one will take it as it's that bad. The company should be paying me full refund and then some just for the hassle of accommodating this atrocity,,,,,,, yet I feel bad for the couch itself. It didn't ask to be brought into this world.
