Received only one seat. Very low quality couch.

DO NOT ORDER. You will only receive half a couch. Based on the only other review of this item this appears to be a systemic issue with this SKU. Wayfair will submit for replacement parts which you will not receive. When asked for tracking information on the missing parts, Wayfair customer service recommended that I try contacting FedEx.... Not sure what I would ask FedEx without tracking information... Too bad as it seems like this would be a nice item if it would arrive in whole. Though I cant say for sure, given I didnt even receive enough parts to try it out. I would recommend staying away from Latitude Run items.

I only received two seats instead of three. Looks like this is a pattern. My experience is exactly same as the previous reviewer. I also didn't receive the arm rest of one of the seats that I did receive. Called Wayfair immediately. They have ordered a replacement unit, and it won't be here until next week. No rush delivery. The rep on the phone was very nice and eager to help. She said she will personally ensure that all parts are shipped out the next time, but I am wary of this. Not a happy customer at this time.

I got an incomplete order. I only got 2 boxes with two couches in them. Complained about it on Wayfair. But I didn’t get any response.

Very cheap and arrived with parts that won’t align to put together. Save your money
