+ Overall 4.25 (Keep Reading to see detailed breakdown)
+ Shipping &Assembly - Comes in 3 pieces. Shipping time - industry standard.
Assembly is where I got into trouble. There isnt too many parts, except they all look similar to each other. I also read another reviewer had the same challenges that I did when putting it together.
I would highly recommend that the next production run, they add numbered stickers to the parts (and updated the photo instructions) so it makes it SUPER easy to put together.
+ Fabric/color - Wide wale brushed velour corduroy. Color is accurately depicted in the photos, however i would have called this a Warm Ivory or Ivory vs Beige . (i was hoping it would be more beige in real life) . This is a fabric that will get worn over time (due to the nature of the fabric) my guess a couple years.
+ Comfort -Great. its definitely more on the firm side but that is my personal preference. Have already taken a couple naps.
The Seat height is low, but its part of the aesthetic and knew this when I bought it. I proactively also ordered 4" wood block feet (vs 2" hard plastic that are included)
+ Design and aesthetic - Exactly what I was looking for - Japandi /updated modern
The pillows that are included are not that great IMO. I used the larger pillows as the arm/side and bought additional throw pillows for the back. (see photo)
+ Who /What is this good for - Great for apartments and small spaces. Once i figured out how to put it together, its easy to disassemble (when moving)
if you get the “beige,” May not be best for persons with young kids or pets but its very easy to clean! ( i love my bissel wet vac)
+ Price paid - $489
+ Value - Very High for the price
+ Additional Comments
Customer Service was superb. I contacted them once I failed to correctly assemble my couch. We think there may have been a QC issue when packing my specific item - it happens. they were able to resolve and send me a new item while i was on the phone with them and scheduled the pickup for the one I was returning.
+ Would I buy It again? Yes
+ Who am I - Female, lives in the city and hybrid WFH
Current vibe - Japandi but realistic (bc city apartment living its impossible to be super minimalistic in a standard 1br apartment! )
