The color is definitely charcoal. It's cloth even though it looks like leather. I've only had it for two days now, but I'm very impressed with the quality.

Great first day results! Delivery was perfect, sofa appears to be undamaged and the gentlemen were very courteous, quick although took great care handling the sofa to prevent any damage to it and our home! The sofa looks beautiful, exactly as represented in the picture advertised. The color is a little closer to a grey brown than a golden brown, really looks and feels like authentic leather, but as I prefer, not as slippery as leather. It is as I required, nice and firm, yet cozy comfortable! Buying a sofa, sight unseen was a scary gamble, but for me, I won big! If I was shopping in the store and sat on this one, it would be the one!!! If any problems show up on this, I will update, fingers crossed!!!

Very pleased with the product, delivery, looks great in my home

Couches came 5 days after ordering which was 2 weeks earlier than the ETA. Delivery took 10 minutes. You just have to screw in the legs. The seat cushions are definitely firm. It's not a bad thing. The seat depth is a little more shallow than I would like. It makes cuddling difficult. I'm 5 10 and can lay down flat without my feet being stuffed into the arm. I've had the couch for one week so I haven't sat on them much yet. So far I like it.

Love it so far. Comfy and big enough for me to lay down on at 6'1"
