Came severely damaged with the seating section detached. It was clear this item was returned twice already, we found pegs in the holes and crumbled styrofoam. We also found old shipping labels under our label. Wayfair needs to quality check their items, big waste of time!!! They also refuse to issue a refund on a clearly broken item until they receive this junk back. Replacement parts cannot be issued because this whole thing is broken. Very disappointed in Wayfair.

Great bench, door actually works surprisingly well and it’s pretty sturdy attractive. Only cons are two things that have already been mentioned by other reviewers 1.) The magnet for the door was broken off the wood when I originally received my order (Wayfair sent me a new one free of charge though which was good) 2.) The color of the bench seat cushion is closer to a color grey than the more warm oatmeal color pictured in the listing. It’s still a nice color but just be aware.

I absolutely love this - it works perfect in my entry space. It’s been durable with the kids, pets and lots of guests.

This item is bench-shaped, but it is too weak to be a bench. It broke after a couple months of sitting on it.
