Received 3 weeks sooner than expected. Very happy with fabric, color, and ease to assemble (with 2 adults). Firm, but comfortable. Purchased for my Dad (5’8”, 315 lbs.) and happy to see reclinerlift functions worked smoothly. Massage is a relaxing vibrate feature - not a deep tissue massage (not a factor in purchase decision so not really disappointed with that). So far so good, but just hoping frame and function will hold up under wear and tear of normal use. If it lasts for 2 years will consider it a steal for the price point - so hard to find a budget power recliner with such a high weight capacity as needed.

Easy assembly, for us a good size, very comfortable, very easy to get out of.

Love the chair except the heat and vibration quit working after about 16 months. Any info on replacement controller or wiring diagram would be great.

The chair was snagged in several places. The seat cushion was lopsided, and the fabric was very itchy. The return process was very lengthy. Would not order this chair again.
