Dining Cabinet

Little disappointed on how there was flaws in the wood like material. The stickers to cover hardware was totally off and looked better without. It was a little difficult to line things up exact and I’m use to putting items together. It is made of a better quality “press board” but honestly I felt I over paid by double for this item. I will be keeping the item because the size is perfect for my space and didn’t want something large. I will probably replace next year.

I was hoping this was going to be great and unfortunately it missed the marks in all the right places. It took 2 weeks to arrive and got to the door in great condition, the box was undamaged and contents was all great. It is heavy! Weighing in about 150 pounds. We got it out of the box and the problems started. The holes do not line up, the quality of the parts is dismal, the stickers they provided to cover the screw heads are a completely different color than the wood. The doors have gaps when closed, the shelves have gaps, and the door track hardware was stripped so I had to go to the hardware store and find something that would work. It took 4 hours to build with 2 of us. All in all this piece is super expensive and not worth the wood it was made out of.

Nice design idea very poor quality. Overall, I’m satisfied with this display stand. It has a nice clean, simple design. The sliding glass doors are great for adding big displays in small spaces. It LOOKS nice. Unfortunately, the metal drill holes on mine arrived bent (see photos).The screws don’t stay in place. By design, this cabinet requires being anchored to your wall, under the best circumstances. Due to the poor quality flimsy construction, I wouldn’t want to use this in a home with children, because anchored or not—it’s flimsy. I fear it could collapse, if pushed. Other points The faux woodgrain finish on the manufactured wood is an eyesore. To be fair, I’ve never been a fan of fake wood. I purchased this with the intent of repainting the interior. (I’ll post update pictures when painted. ) I intend to use this cabinet to hold lightweight musical equipment and board games. There are no kids in my house I think the cabinet will hold up for my purpose.

The cabinet is stunning. I’m very happy with the quality (from the sturdiness, to the look color of the wood grain to the fact that the glass doors slide so that they can be left closed or partially opened as pictured instead of opening outwards). I’m knocking off a star because of the difficulty we had assembling it however. The instructions are flawed. It called for the incorrect screws in a step early on so we had to go back and partially un-assemble it before moving on. It took 1.5 hours from start to finish. A few of the screw holes didn’t line up perfectly so the base is a bit off kilter, though you’d never know by looking at it. Wayfair was quick to remedy my frustration with a partial credit for the trouble.

This is a wonderful piece and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy very sharp piece of furniture!!! It’s steady and very well made. It’s well worth the price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for shelves well made!

Fit nicely on dining room wall. Bought two. Need light inside. Better than all black.

As pictured. Pretty easy to put together. Excellent instructions and well labeled parts. Not a great way to safety connect to wall as you cant tighten it when it is already against the wall. Seems very sturdy.

The cabinet looks exactly like the picture. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy.

Gorgeous mid century modern display case. Sturdy piece, the colors in picture matched product received...absolutely a stunning wood tone contrast. Also, the dark wood tone sliding glass door frame highlights and provides beautifully unobstructed views of items displayed on the shelves. Priced well for the piece, however the company missed the mark on the circular, completely mismatched lighter color stickers that cover the screw holes after the putting the cabinet together. Looks better to leave them off... the barely visible black recessed screws give a slight industrial look. The other area of questionable quality were the glass door wheel mechanisms. Poor quality, easily broken if the wheel adjustment screw to raise or lower the door fails. We did find inexpensive exact wheel replacements and corrected the issues. (Note: We did not contact the company for this correction.) The cabinet has a really nice design, good material, and gorgeous two tone wood colors. I didn't give the 5 rating due to poor quality of the cabinet door adjustable wheels and mismatched sticker type hole covers.
