Canapé modulaire rembourré 5 pièces Kayoir

Ordering this sectional was a HUGE mistake! There were no reviews, but I hoped it was just a newer product. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. It was dumped in 5 boxes onto our front sidewalk right before a huge rainstorm… Fed EX didn’t even ring the bell. My daughter happened to look out the window and she and my husband dragged them inside in time to not get soaked! Unpacked one, and let me tell you, this sectional is so rock hard. Also the shape of the seat cushion has a seam and odd contour that is so uncomfortable! Plus, the color was a much cooler, darker grey than the stock photos. It cost us $83 to return it. I will NEVER AGAIN order a furniture item in which comfort is a factor from Wayfair, unless it has the white glove delivery and you can have them haul it back away if you hate it. Got a fabulous sectional locally, for the same price.
