There’s a lot to like about this sectional but there are things I wish I would have paid attention to before I purchased. First, the good…I love the color, it is exactly what I thought it would be based on the photos. It sits well; as many others said, the seat cushions are firm but supportive. I was really nervous about this buying furniture online but I am pleased. I would consider the furniture to sit low but that is accurately described in the listing so if the measurements are good for you, you’ll be fine. I really like the material as well. The texture is nice and feels like it will be forgiving of stains and wear. I’ve only had it a week, so we will see. It was really easy to assemble so that was a plus, there was four day wait to receive all the pieces though. Now, on to the disappointing, the detachable back pillows are flat as a pancake. I was hoping they would fluff after a few days but no. They provided no support and with the back of the sectional being so low it was very uncomfortable. I ended up buying standard bed pillows and adding them to back cushions to make them full. The photos I’ve included are with the additional pillow inside the cushion and it made a big difference. It ended up being a semi-easy fix but still disappointing it comes like that and I had to spend additional money to make it better. Another thing that has really bothered me is that the sectional only comes with six (6) back cushions. Yes, there are six seat cushions but the corner cushions should each come with two back cushions instead of one. As you can see in my photos there is about a 20 inch gap at both ends of the sectional. With the back being so low it makes this space practically unusable. I’m ordering some large pillows to try to fill these spaces but I shouldn’t have to. In the Wayfair photos they show the three (very random) toss pillows in these spaces, which is why I didn’t really pay much attention to the gaps before ordering, but those pillows do not fill those spaces. Delivery was also problematic for me. The first five boxes were delivered to my door (I live in a second floor apartment) but the remains piece was delivered to the front office. It was left unsecured for anyone to take and I had to make arrangements to get it to my place because if the size of the box. Wayfair states it will be delivered to the address provided and it was not. Overall, I like the sectional and I’m going to keep it but that’s only because of the additional money I’m spending to make it what is should have been from the start. I hope this helps someone make a better informed decision.

4 almost 5 stars! Arrived quick. Color is amazing. Assembly was easy. Took me 2 hours by myself with my kids all around me driving me crazy lol. Feel like it would be a breeze for somebody handier. It’s huge! I just wish it was a little softer but otherwise perfection

I love my new couch I just wish the mini pillows matched and also I wish I had more big pillows for the spaces but other than that I can’t wait to get a rug and table to match

It is perfect and just what we were looking for. The only downfall is we didn’t receive any assembly instructions in our 6 boxes. It took 2 of us 1.5 hours to assemble it.
