Ok, this review is gonna be long. I fell in love with this sofa in gray. I watched it for approximately 7 months. Originally it was around $3,600.00. I bought it when it went on sale for $2,500.00. Cons: the color is nothing like what you see in the picture online. I loved the dark, dramatic gray color you see on the Wayfair add. As you can see from these photos, the gray is much lighter in person. The overall quality is just ok. I agree with other reviews...this sofa should not cost any more than $1,800.00 tops. As other reviewers have said, when you sit on this couch you can feel a solid wood frame underneath. I bought a half inch thick felt carpet runner and put it underneath the 3 seat cushions. Still feels firm underneath but once you're sitting the sofa does feel pretty comfy. Other reviewers mentioned that they hear a plastic sound inside the cushions. I did too. I simply unzipped one of the cushion covers and looked inside. The cushion inside is wrapped in a windbreaker type material...maybe for waterproofing? It's this windbreaker fabric that makes the plasticy sound. It wasn't a deal breaker for me. You could cut off this windbreaker fabric if you wanted. Fabric is not velvet. It's a mid-grade velour. Still pretty soft. Pros: the size is perfect. Fits well in smaller spaces without looking like you bought a loveseat instead of a full size couch. Love that you can move the ottoman to either side or in the center. All 3 of the seat cushions and the ottoman cushion have wide strips of velcro on the back so that they stay in place. You can remove any of these cushions by pulling up...guess for having them drycleaned? These cushions are not reversible though because of the velcro attached to the underside of the cushion. I do like the design of this sectional and really like the look of the cushions. They look soft and puffy. I like that you can sit on this sofa and it retains it's shape. It doesn't look like a hot mess every time you sit down and get back up. Bottom line: the only thing I am REALLY, REALLY disappointed about is the color. A darker, charcoal type gray would have looked so much more dramatic and high end. Sofa looks alittle darker at night but still nothing like the pictures on Wayfair. Had I known I may have purchased this couch in the black instead...maybe. I think it's important to mention that this sofa is shipped in 4 individual boxes. The cardboard of these boxes is super thin. There is no way to carefully slide the sofa piece out of the box without completely tearing the box. Worth knowing because if you want to return this item you have no usable box to do so. Wayfair is great with returns so might be able to help.

This is so beautiful!! Absolutely love the color blue. Relatively (when aligned perfectly ) easy to snap together. Comfortable but is on the medium harder side for support. Love our couch and this cozy room.

The sofa is very comfortable and I like the color. I’m giving it four stars because I thought all three seats would attack together but only two attaches together, so one piece tends to move a little.

I really do not believe this couch is worth the price. Although the size and dimensions are a great option for a small space the quality is mediocre. The fabric is not the quality I was expecting and the cushions are crunchy and more firm that what photos and description allude to. I do not recommend this product as I do not believe this couch is worth over $2000 dollars

I love them I just need to put warrant Incase something happens but other than that I love my sectional.
