Cheap quality. Very difficult to put together. I even hired Wayfair to do for me, and a piece broke, and we had to wait another six weeks for a replacement. Wound up ordering a different one.

Love this armoire. The handles are cheap but that is an easy fix. Of course, armoire is not real wood but it still looks nice. We ended up splitting armoire in two parts by placing bench in the middle. Using the sides of armoire for shoe storage and middle for the coats. What we learned by placing this order is that we will never use White Glove Service. They came to our house three times, each time telling us that they don't have time to put armoire together. Forth time no one simply showed up. We ended up putting it together ourselves. I am glad we did. It seems that white glove service is not set up for putting together something this big and complex which tells me they most likely don't have the experience or knowledge to get job like this done. Wayfair was great and gave us discount because of the ordeal with the delivery service. Awesome customer service.
