Couch is perfect. Only thing is the couch is very firm mostly on the hard side. You must sit on this couch consistently to break it in

Got it in a week and its one of the comfortable sofas we’ve ever had. The reclining mechanism is smooth and the sofa itself is firm enough that you don’t sink in. Will recommend this sofa.

was not put together properly. back to one side of recliner is very loose. Looks as though it is missing screw in the back. I need repaired ASAP. Also the reclining part sounds as though it is grinding when you lay back also very hard o get laying back. Please help.

The material is very soft. The description says the color is black but it is actually dark gray as pictured. The seats are very firm but I expect they will soften over time.
