Very soft and comfortable. Comes in 2 boxes, open expand and place. They connect with 2 velcro strips which when moving around kind of come undone. Wish there was a more secure way to connect but overall pleased.

I love this couch so much! It’s everything I’ve wanted! The color is a beautiful dark chocolate brown, the assembly was super easy. The boxes are a little heavy to transport but thankfully it was delivered right next to my door! The seats and firm yet soft at the same time. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and delivery!
