Unfortunately, this item arrived damaged and broken right out of the box. The wooden frame is split and cracked at the joint, exposing unfinished wood and a visible separation where the pieces should be securely connected. This structural damage makes the item unsafe and unusable. The packaging was intact, suggesting the damage likely occurred during manufacturing or poor quality control, possibly during shipping. I’ve attached photos clearly showing the cracked joint and broken wood. This is very disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations for a solid wood product. I can’t assemble or use it in its current condition. I’m requesting a full refund.
