This desk is awesome! Unfortunately the directions to put it together weren’t clear but I managed to put this together and my wife loves it. The motor is nice and smooth. Operation is a breeze. Four stars is because of poor instructions

Worst experience ever. Desk not only came with scuffs on it, but paid for pro services for $79 & was left with 2 cracks in the desk, and the desk not installed correctly. Now very upset with the service, and having to deal with returning to get refunded which I have to pay for my own shipment.

The packaging was well insulated and weighed around 110lb. Inside, all the parts were listed, but the instructions were in a small font, and a few steps were bundled together, which was not well thought out. The look and feel are great for the price.

Overall the desk is great, however I followed the directions and the screws for the cord basket still popped through the top of the desk which is disappointing.
