Ordered 8 chairs and all of them arrived in perfect shape. A couple of the boxes were definitely dropped (I dropped one carrying it into the house) but the packaging was well done and nothing was scratched or marred. It took 4 hours to assemble all the chairs and my thumb needed a break from using the allen wrench tool so much! A power drill with a flex attachment will make the job so much easier. We love the chairs and the new vibe it gives our dining room! The cushions are firm but soften up when you sit on them for a while. They seem to be a very dense memory foam like other folks have said in their reviews. Overall, we love these chairs!
