The massage chair arrived in two shipments. The base is very heavy and difficult for me to move by myself. I scratched my floor pulling it on a towel. The chair was easy to assemble. You just slide the parts together. It is a large chair and very comfortable. The lumbar pillow makes it unique and just what I need. The controls are complicated but great and so relaxing.

The chair is better than I thought but it isn’t without issues. First the good. It is very comfortable. The massage and heat are great. It isn’t a strong vibration, which I am thankful for, and you can adjust it. The instructions were good but the parts were not labeled. It was an ok installation process. I had a hard time lining up the metal parts, especially for the back rest. It will be easy to clean. I like the swivel mechanism. Now for the bad. The side parts of the backrest rub on the arm rest when you recline. This is going to cause holes. The 360 degree turn is 360 and stop and then you have to turn it back the direction that you just came from. Simply put, it will not spin fully around and around. It had a catch that stops it. The side storage doesn’t fully extend so the storage space is limited. Overall I would recommend this recliner.

Arrived in two separate packages at the same time. Assembly pretty easy and straight forward, although I did miss align one of the brackets during assembly. The only downfall for this chair that I see at first using, when you put the foot rest up, the recline is fully extended. You cant sit up straight with the foot rest extended, the footrest and recline are all one motion.

Great value for the money. Chair looks and feels great. Love the features and was easy to put together.
