Cool look but cheap quality and difficult to assemble

I paid for in-home assembly but when the delivery guys arrived, they told me they would be unable to assemble my order because “it contained too many pieces.” They called a supervisor who issued a credit for the assembly fee and gave me the # for Angie’s List and told me to call them to find a pro installaler. The supervisor said Wayfair would credit me back for any additional assembly fee. I called Angie’s List and arranged to have a handyman assemble my order, but after organizing all the pieces, we realized a set of screws was missing. He assembled as much as he could without the missing screws and I paid him $100 for the first hour of his service, as agreed (each additional hour = $40). I called Wayfair to determine whether they could ship out another set of hardware or reimburse the handyman for the time needed to find the appropriate screws and complete the assembly. The manufacturer was unable to ship the missing hardware and Wayfair would not agree to reimburse me for the $100 I spent on assembly, or to pay for the additional time needed for the assembly (assuming I could find the correct size screw on my own). After spending 1 hour on the phone with a Wayfair supervisor, I realized the best option was to cut my losses at $100 (for the handyman) and return the item. After telling me that Wayfair could pickup the half-assembled item and issue a credit, the supervisor then told me that the pickup option was unavailable and I would have to call a charitable organization (to pick up a half-assembled item with missing hardware = good luck!) or trash it (I don’t have the tools to disassemble the item, or the stregth to carry these pieces to the curb). So, I’m out $100 that I paid a handyman and I have a half-assembled item sitting in the middle of the LR, with missing hardware, and I will have to pay someone to dissassemble and trash it - or find an appropriately sized screw pay someone to finish the assembly. I will never order from this company again as they seem to have a pattern and practice of doing this to customers. . . . aka a class-action suit waiting to happen.
