So many defects. 1st one I came across was the trimming did not have pre drill holes so I was unable to drill it together. I ended up using wood glue. 2nd the doors are uneven. Lastly, the shelves did not have the pre drill either on one side. So I can only use the shelves on 1 side and even then I had pre drill some more because the bits world not fit in. Color is pretty and keeping because I’m not going through the hassle to return.

This is a very clean looking tv stand. It fits in well with my transitional decorating style. The directions to put it together were straightforward but it did take a little finagling to put it together.

Delivered promptly. Instructions for assembly were clear. Takes several hours to assemble, but straightforward. (Lego for adults?!) Engineered wood is as expected—not solid wood, but fine for our use.

I am giving one star because zero stars are not an option. The piece arrived with damaged parts and the professional hired to assemble it simply could not. There were broken pieces of wood, which made it impossible to put together in a way that would leave it sturdy and intact. When I called customer service for a solution, I was told I would have to wait one to two business days to speak to the manufacturer. When I told them that was unacceptable, they put me on with a “floor manager.” I didn’t not want a replacement. He said it would be up to two business days for this giant piece of furniture (in the middle of my den) to be picked up. After that, there are several more days before it arrives at the warehouse and is processed. Only then will I finally receive a refund. I found the customer service representatives neither helpful, nor concerned that the company they represent has caused such upheaval and inconvenience. I don’t trust them to get it right a second time, so opted to have it returned only, and not replaced. Based on their response to a problem whose fault lies not with me, I will NEVER shop with Wayfair again. I will spend more, if need be, to shop with their competitors who stand behind their products and offer expeditious solutions and deferential service.

Nice TV stand. Took a while to assemble, but turned out real nice. Is heavy weight, will last a long time.
