I bought this on clearance and was worried because this is a returned item. When I received it, Fedex had beaten the box up pretty good in transit so I was worried opening it but the packaging was excellent! There was no damage done to it. Assembly instructions were easy to read! Pros: GREAT VALUE! Cons: NOTHING

This is unfortunate because the desk is actually pretty nice. I wanted to order this thinking it was L shape as it appears in the picture for $133. I later noticed underneath the pricing for the L-shaped desk there was a return for $67. I purchased the item thinking I was receiving a great deal on a L-shaped desk, as it appears in the picture. After ordering I read the other review where someone was duped just like me. All of this happening within, 30 I immediately tried to cancel the order. I couldn't do it online so i called in and tried to cancel the order. The customer service rep told me since I already placed the order on returned item, she would not cancel my order. Wayfair is in the business of deceiving their customers. with so many options out there (Overstock, Amazaon, etc) I will never ever purchase a single Item from Wayfair based on their culture and lack of commitment to customer service. Congrats Wayfair; you got me out of $67 but i promise that will be all you get out of me. Oh and by the way, the price of the same desk I purchased dropped to $53 the next morning. Pros: Solid desk. Cons: DO NOT ORDER FROM WAYFAIR! GO TO OVERSTOCK!
