Very small chair and not durable Hardware bend and screw holes stripped

Chair is too small for comfortable rest after surgery, the Leg Rest does not fully extend and it leaves my feet dangling off at an angle towards the floor. I guess I will have to put an extra bed pillow under my feet---so they don't turn blue from hanging down towards the floor. Wayfair sent me a beige/brown chair although my order was clearly marked as a GRAY CHAIR, when I examined the box it read BROWN, and sure enough it was the wrong color so I contacted Wayfair and they suggested a 20% refund for my troubles with the color. SO I agreed and when we put the chair together (that was another agitation) It is of very POOR QUALITY, the remote cord is too short, so after surgery I really won't be able to adjust my own position, and I'll need an extra foot pillow. I AM JUST VERY UPSET WITH THE CHAIR. Wayfair made it clear that I WAS RESPONSIBLE for any return. HOW CAN I RETURN ANYTHING WITH AN INJURED SHOULDER>>>> this is why I ordered the chair in the first place so I might recline after my reverse complete shoulder replacement instead of trying to sit up in bed! The chair is ok to look at, or sit and read a book, but as a recliner it FAILS MISERABLY.
