Canapé-lit respirant avec sac de rangement 6 pièces 100 po Sackcloth

Ive requested replacement parts for this 3 times since September 2025 and have yet to receive them. I received replacement feet for the arms and they were not the correct parts and never received the replacement slip cover. The feet of the sofa are plastic and the feet i received were wooden. I accidentally sliced the slipcover opening the vacuum sealed plastic which i understand is my fault and have no problem paying for but they're not reliable in sending the parts. I want a refund because i have an incomplete sofa. The arms need the feet to secure onto the sides of the sofa, the slots wont connect if the arms are resting on the floor. Ottomans are more comfy than sofa cushions. Update: 2/2026 months later I still haven't been sent all replacement parts no matter how much n I ask and they claim they've sent it. And it will only get worse overtime. Please send me a new slipcover or cushion with slipcover! Paying isn't a problem
