Upholstered Armchair

Very disappointed in how these chairs were packaged! I have purchased many items from Wayfair and have been happy with the majority of them in regard to product handling. I purchased two of the chairs, and they were both dirty upon arrival, underneath the packing material. When they were pulled off the truck and I saw they were not in boxes, but just had cardboard pieces wrapped around the sides and basically plastic wrap around it, my immediate thought was “what are the odds these aren’t damaged” I unwrapped them to find no punctures to the material, fortunately, but my off white chairs have black dirty marks all over them. These are not inexpensive, and I’m not really interested in trying to wrap them back up to send them back, what a hassle! If you’re ordering these in a dark color, you’ll probably be ok, but anything lighter beware that you’ll probably need to hire someone to attempt to clean them.

This chair arrived well wrapped and with no surprises. We did order a fabric swatch to make sure the fabric would match our living room, since the colors looked quite a bit different online.
