The sofa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, getting it was one problem after another. I originally ordered it in one fabric, only to be told a week later that it wasn't available. By then, I had already purchased a coordinating rug. I chose a second fabric that would still work and was told the sofa would arrive in about eight weeks. After waiting 12 weeks, my order suddenly showed as "Unavailable." Customer service representatives were always polite, but no one could explain what that meant or tell me what was actually happening. They assured me they thought it would still ship. A few weeks later, the status changed to "Partial Shipment on the Way." Was I about to receive two throw pillows and a sofa leg? No one could tell me. Eventually, after 17 weeks, the sofa finally arrived. It looks great and is very comfortable, but the black fabric underneath the sofa was shredded. Wayfair scheduled a technician to repair it, which sounded promising. Then they called and said the "replacement part wasn't available." That explanation made no sense—any upholstery shop can provide black dust cover fabric. It would have been more honest to simply say they couldn't find a technician. The sofa deserves five stars. The buying experience deserves one. Between the constant delays, confusing order updates, long hold times, and lack of useful customer support, this purchase required far more time and effort than it should have. I love the sofa, but I would not order from this company again. Proceed with caution.

Love this sofa. It arrived perfectly wrapped and protected and had no damage from shipping. There was a bit of black mark on the couch back, but a few rounds of Resolve Furniture cleaner cleaned it up. This is exactly why we chose this fabric - easy to clean.

Waited a bit for arrival but completely worth the wait. Nice rich mustard color, goes well with my jewel toned room. Fabric is a thick weight chenille- very textured and easy to clean. Super comfortable, to sit and to lay down. Back pillows remove easily for more room to sleep. Nice classic cut and design. Feels very sturdy and well made.

The color is beautiful and the delivery was spot on. The men who delivered the sofa were great! I looked every place I could to find the purple sofa for us. We couldn't be happier. Thank you.
