The California king bed frame was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The frame sits higher than anticipated, if you’re using a boxspring the entire bed will cover the top of the frame. I would recommend this product.

This is a very flimsy bed frame. The directions were very easy to follow but some of the metal pieces were so badly bent it was impossible to screw them together. I will be trying to bend these pieces enough to make it work but it may be a lost cause. The overall bed frame is very thin and not at all sturdy. It would pose a possible danger to small children. The head board portion looks like it would snap if just a bit too much force is applied. I would not recommend this bed frame.

Love this bed. Super solid. Easily assembled. We selected an upholstered headboard. No need to be limited just to the iron headboard. Thus we got strength in support and warmth and coziness in the headboard (also from Wayfair). I highly recommend this piece.

So I’ll start with what I like about the bed frame; I like the amount of room under it once it’s assembled. I was able to fit a bunch of bins under it and it makes it easier to clean under it than a frame that sits directly on the floor. I also like that it welded to some degree but that’s also where one complaint is. I wish it was welded more because the corners seem like it wouldn’t take much to undo them once everything is assembled but I know it would be harder to ship if it were. I’d get it unless you’re looking at a wooden alternative.

Five stars for sure. At first I was going to give this frame three stars when I finest took all the parts out of the box. When it comes out of the box and the materials seem a little flimsy but don’t let that fool you. This frame is actually very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. I got the Cal king size and it actually made my mattress more firm than it was on its previous platform bed. It is the right height and provide a good amount of storage underneath. The frame is perfect for a teenager, college student or an adult starting off new in your own place. The price point is quite reasonable.
