Arm broke within a few months. Chair also doesn’t stay reclined. Do not recommend.

Chair does not recline by body weight and pushing back. In order for foot rest to come up you need to do this by hand which is difficult when sitting in the chair between your legs

It's a great chair, a little hard to recline back. But all in all a great chair.

My husband likes the recliner. Just needs to be broken in a bit with firm cushions. Now the packaging for this recliner? When FedEx dropped the torn and beat up box on our porch. We worried that the recliner was damaged. Thankfully it wasn’t, and it being completely wrapped in a foam type material saved it from getting dirty. The box itself? The manufacturer needs to invest in a sturdy, corners reinforced, totally heavy duty box MADE to hold and ship a recliner. This box was taped on bottom, from FedEx? As I said, box was in shambles, barely together. Or put the cheap box in another box designed for the rigors of shipping a heavy product. I’ll see how the recliner holds up under normal use.

They are exactly as pictured. They came quickly. And they are comfortable. We really love them.
