As a few people have mentioned in their reviews, my couch arrived and one of the seat cushions was already noticably lumpy and started to cave in from there. I've had the couch for less than two weeks and barely used it and the left side is notably caved in as compared to the right side (which is firm and sits normally like I presume the whole couch is supposed to). I really like the look and shape of this but it almost feels like I got one section that has been used and sat on for years and one that is new. Pretty disappointing. Added to that the absolute nightmare that is Wayfair customer service to try and speak to any kind of agent or human. These models are available on other liquidation sites, I'd recommend getting this couch from a site with at least better customer service than Wayfair. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Love my new sectional by Hay! The product took two months to arrive, but the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was smooth. They handled the delivery with a lot of care!

Colors are a little more muted than the webpage, which was a pleasant surprise. Couch is really firm, which may be a negative for some, but I believe will soften nicely.,

I wanted to leave a good review, I really did. This review is strictly for the white/green option. For reference, I ordered the blue/green sofa just half a year ago and actually loved it, so I decided to order the white/green one this time because the descriptions and specifications for both are exactly the same, down to the upholstery material which is labeled wool for both. Something must be incorrect because they are not alike at all (not just in colors) and I wish this was made clear. My blue/green couch was 1. firm and bouncy, and 2. the upholstery was woven, chenille I believe but very soft. This white/green one 1. SINKS and not only is the stuffing clearly different, but the upholstery is 2. not woven but felted and very rough/scratchy like a cat scratching post. After going to the original manufacturer’s site (HAY), my suspicion turned out to be true. The first sofa is high resilience foam. The second sofa is full of feathers and couch covers are 100% different even though they are from the same listing. Now I’m stuck with returning the couch. EDIT: Wayfair was so kind in helping me resolve this issue.
