Absolutely awful. We just got this couch delivered today and it is incredibly cheaply made. The seat “cushions” are the hardest thing I’ve ever sat on. They are some kind of extremely firm foam (not actual cushioning like the seat back cushions have) and on top of that they make a crinkling noise like a diaper every time you sit down or move. The description is very misleading, speaking of being made of solid wood and very strong. When we opened the box to assemble the couch I was shocked at the cheap quality. Yes, the frame may be made of wood, but the quality of this couch leaves a LOT to desired. It’s lightweight and flimsy feeling, and like I mentioned before, the seating material is atrocious. The cushions on the back that you lean on are at least soft and cushy, but they attach to the frame with Velcro, and the Velcro patches don’t all line up correctly, so the cushions aren’t lined up. The “corduroy” fabric feels super thin. And it’s not corduroy in the way that most people think of it - there are no lines in the fabric and it’s all flat with none of the velvety softness that usually comes with corduroy.

Nice looking sectional. Not as bulky as my old sectional. A little stiff but I’m hoping it gets softer as time goes on. The accent pillows did not come with the couch even though it said it does.
