Champlain Armchair

This chair worked perfect with the sofa and rug purchased from Wayfair. If appears to be a quality product. The frame made of real wood. Easy to put together.

I will try to be constructive with my feedback. Too many of your products show up with a flaw or missing parts. I am therefore going to suggest that you invest in some quality control or you will lose customers.

I knew the legs would be cheap plastic but not hollow! Had trouble screwing them on as they caught on the bunched up uphostery stapled at the bottom. They wont sit flush. The plastic string they punched into the end of the arm rest for the hang tag made a hole. The "Do Not Remove" tag came removed. Dont like the gap between the seat cushion and back of chair. Cheaply shipped in plastic and some cardboard. Can be noisy as another had stated. For an expensive chair I wish more care was taken. Otherwise I do like the big roomy chair and the nice red color is as pictured. Also the cushion can flip. Looks ok so will do for now or as long as it lasts.

The color is even better than the picture. Very comfortable as well!

Bright, fun color, true to pic — lightweight but sturdy, easy to assemble by myself (just twist on the legs). Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because the legs didn’t twist into the bottom of the chair very easily because of the way the fabric was stapled.
