This has been a horrible experience with this item. It’s been 3 exchanges so far and each time a different box arrives damaged with the product being damaged as well. And each time I ask if I can exchange just that box, but wayfair says “they cannot” and I have to exchange the entire item. And guess what, I’m on exchange number 4 since the item arrived damaged once again. I haven’t even been able to assemble the item because each time it arrives damaged and have to exchange the entire item instead of just the component that is damaged. Please wayfair get better quality controls and inspections for these items.

I love this sectional! It’s perfect for our game room! It’s very large. It comes in a few boxes so it was easy for me to get it into the house. It took my husband a few hours to put together. He said it was very easy it just took some time. The quality is great for for the price
