Loved this sofa however when I received it it had a small defect , so I approached customer service and they sent me a replacement, the replacement was worse off than the original, I’m thinking due to shipping as it was lost for some time during shipment , I still really love the couch however it didn’t hold up to standard I only give it 2 stars for the customer service from both wayfair and manufacturer the service was great but couch did not live up to the hype

Really nice! Very sturdy. Ready to use immediately after removing packaging.

I like this ottoman pretty well! It is a great addition to the room and very comfortable to use. It arrives compressed in a box, so you do have to give it some time to fully fluff up and expand, but once it does, it is incredibly plush and cozy. The fabric feels nice and it has a great modern, clean look. Overall, it is a very solid purchase for the price and Im happy with it.

Bought this ottoman for my fur baby as an elevated bed and he also uses it to hop onto our bed.
