I rarely leave negative reviews, but this bed was a huge disappointment and looks nothing like the quality portrayed in the listing photos.
The biggest issue is the "natural" finish. The product photos show a consistent, light natural wood color, but the bed we received is made up of panels with dramatically different colors and grain patterns. Some pieces are very light, others are much darker, and several have large knots and discoloration that make the entire piece look mismatched rather than intentionally natural.
Quality control was also very poor:
- The shipment was missing hardware, which delayed assembly.
- The drawers do not have drawer slides or tracks. They simply sit on the floor and slide directly across it, which was unexpected for a bed at this price point.
- Several edges and joints are not square, leaving uneven gaps and panels that don't align properly.
- Multiple pieces arrived with visible wood filler already applied by the manufacturer, suggesting defects were patched before shipping.
- There are numerous large knots and blemishes throughout the wood, many in highly visible locations.
Overall, the construction feels much lower quality than advertised. The listing photos depict a clean, furniture-grade finish, but what arrived looks like a collection of mismatched pieces with noticeable cosmetic defects.
Unfortunately, this was not at all what we expected based on the website photos, and I would not purchase this bed again, nor would I recommend anyone purchase this bed,
