I love this couch. Couple of things I wish were better: I regret getting a couch with cup holders, but the cup holders are starting to look a bit splotchy. I also think the cushions have shrunk just a small bit because it’s very hard to get them back on the pillows after machine washing. Overall, it’s very soft and the color is as advertised!

Not bad.Color is nice and its pretty soft. The ottomans do slide, but was easy to fix. The back cushions are a little uncomfortable. However, the cover unzips so you could probably add some foam in. Over all though nice size and like it so far! Update - Cushions didnt hold shape very long and became uncomfortable. Kept for only 1 year and not very easy to clean, removing the covers is helpful but hard to get back on.

I’ve owned this for less than two years and it hurts my back so much. The back pillows are so flimsy and give no support. They also become super lumpy and lopsided. The seat cushion slide and you’re constantly having to readjust.

The customer service is terrible, the couches didn’t even last 1 year. I got them 9 months ago, I have a tear in them. The cushions are deformed, when I reached out to them, they told me it was human errror. We have these couches in the living room, not family living, they definitely don’t get any use, so I’m not sure how it’s human error. They have terrible customer service. The couches look good until you start to use them.

The couch was easy to assemble and the material is soft. I also like that the cushions have zippers so I can wash the covers if I need to. The only negative is that it’s a little lower to the ground that I would prefer but not big enough of an issue that I would return it.
