It’s an uncomfortable sofa hard as a rock not worth the money at all. My back hurts and it got dirty really fast.

Not bad… good for the looks and price. Very firm but serves its purpose. If I saw it person definitely would have looked for sofa with softer cushions. (And paid more but it would be worth it) We now have a Wayfair store in Greensboro that is about 1hr from me…. In person visit I will surely have. I will get different accent pillows (bigger and softer) maybe that will help a little. I still say WayFair never disappoints. 

Great couch and amazing service

Very firm but doesn’t hurt to sit on after awhile. A comfortable firm. Could take a nap on it.

After only having this couch 1 month the cushion is ripping and splitting!!! For some reason all of the cushions are connected to each other, and after 1 month of just sitting normally on it they are already ripping. Such a disappointment.
