Convertible sofa love it nice storage underneath

For a day bed, the back and the seat have two VERY different firmnesses and you cannot rest on both as the back is very soft and the seat is very firm creating a very uncomfortable rest. The build quality is poor as the vinyl feels cheap and not leather-like. The upholstery workmanship to cover the base has many puckers and bad folds in the vinyl fabric covering the base and was not properly installed on the sofa-bed. If there was another alternative with the same dimensions, I would return this immediately and ask for a refund.
