Footstool has already stopped working. It’s soft but fabric holds warmth- great in winter - not sure how it will be in summer.

Arrived quickly box in great shape. Chair is comfy and cozy. Exactly what I was looking for.

It wasn't as wide as I thought. It would be, but it's fine. It was hard to put together. But it is comfortable

The chair is a nice material and for the price I shouldn’t be complaining. However, and this is a very strong however, my problem is with FedEx. The delivery time took longer than Wayfair said it would, and our packages were rerouted several times. This never happens with UPS and UPS would never dream of delivering a box that looks like it had been through a war. The lack of professionalism of FedEx and the insistence of Wayfair to use them is why this is the first and last time I will be buying products from them. If they did this to chairs, I wouldn’t dream of ordering a sectional from them, which is my next purchase..but from somewhere else.

Stiff, uncomfortable, terrible. You slide right off from the recliner angle and you have to stand up and slam the leg rest down because its so hard to lower it.
