I love this couch! It's the perfect size for me (5') and its soft, comfortable and seems well constructed. Delivery worked well too!

Delivery of sofa on 11/19 and was very pleased with the size and color. Jeff and Arthur assembled the sofa and were very professional. After they left, I sat on the new sofa and was surprised to notice that the seat cushion was not firm. Sat on the other cushion and that one was better. Sooo, one of the seat cushions was not as firm as the other. Submitted to your company there was an issue with the seat cushion. Got text from Wayfair on 11/20 at 2:23 pm that a email was sent from the manufacturer regarding the issue with order. Checked my email plus junk/spam folders and have not received the email so I can respond. Received another text on 12/24 at 2:25 pm stating they haven’t heard from me regarding my issue. Responded again to resolution support @wayfair.com that I STILL have not received email. Don’t know what the problem is, but, I guess, I have to “settle “ with the sofa I got.

Right size. Color is as expected. Deep, firm cushions. Feet are made of plastic, not wood.

Great value and quality, the service and set up team was awesome as well.

I LOVE my soft. Am so happy I made this choice. I was very hesitant. I have no regrets. I didn't give it a five star cause I did not get the pillows. I have to purchase some besides that everything was great. Delivered on time. The guys were very good. GREAT JOB!!! WAYFAIR JUST GOT A NEW SHOPPER!!!
