Simple to assemble, sturdy and fit the design of my living room well. The wood is slightly more yellow than the picture makes it seem, but overall a great addition!

Pretty sturdy and beautiful, fits lots of books and whatnots. Of course, this bookshelf is not amish quality, but still 5/5 considering all aspects (price, style/attractiveness, quality, ease of putting together). It seems designed to tip back- instead of forward- by default, which is also awesome (but, please, do install the anti-tip kit). What more could you want in a bookshelf at this price point?

Really like this ladder shelf. I have been wanting one for awhile. This one is very solid and sturdy. Assembly was easy, instructions were clear. Make sure you have a mallet handy to do the finishing pieces.
