I have assembled scores of engineered wood units and this one is by far, the worst, almost impossible. You'll need at least two additional people to help assemble, if even that will work for you. Ignore the instructions, they are useless and wrong in many ways. (I've been redlining my copy.) Consider them "suggestions." For example, the center support panel is not fixed to anything solid during construction, so it flops and bends while you are trying to assembled rails and panels around it. Things are falling and bending on all ends of the piece. Horrible. 4 hours in and I'm no where near finished. Unfortunately for me, I bought two! This is my first Wayfair purchase and without question, it will be my last. This is unacceptable level product. Someone should be ashamed of themselves.

This is so well built. The instructions were clear and it took about 4 hours to put together with 2 people. It is very elegant and totally worth the price. It was packed very nicely and there were no damages on arrival.

The instructions for this were truly terrible (like actually inaccurate - showing stepsholes that didn’t exist). The drawers are ridiculously shallow, not as described, and also didn’t need to be manufactured to be so shallow (the drawers fronts are significantly taller). It looks like the picture, but somewhat disappointed overall.

This is the worst assembly instruction I have ever seen, and I have assembled a lot of furniture at my home. Not only instructions are confusing, but they are outright wrong and completely contradict common sense in several parts. Not even talking about bunch of misprints where clearly parts which are mentioned in the guide have different numbers than they ones on the parts themselves. Quality of the dresser is quite cheap as well. Many parts have chips and small cracks normally not seen in other products.

I gave this 1 star because it looks really cute in the space I ordered it for, however, I would not recommend purchasing this item. It is definitely not worth the money. The first issue is that it was left upside down by the delivery men even though the package clearly stated which side to leave up. So, of course when we opened it there was a hole in the desk part of the dresser. The second issue was the instructions. I read in other reviews that they were difficult to understand and not very helpful but figured my hubby and I are handy enough and could figure it out. The instructions were absolutely useless! Parts were not labeled correctly and we had to play detective to figure out where things went. There was no indication at all which sides were top and bottom or forward and backwards. There were no instructions telling you which way the drawer sliders went on. When all said and done the drawers don't even close all of the way and there is absolutely no other way to try and line them up differently. Also, the drawers are so shallow they are worthless. I wanted a dresser desk combo for my daughters room and now I have to purchase another dresser because the drawers barely fit any clothes. Customer service offered to send a new unit (which I did not want to waste another four hours on), give a partial refund, or give a full refund but I would have to take unit apart, box it up, and send it back (also something I did not want to waste more time on) I went with the partial refund which ended up being $98 dollars. I don't feel this was sufficient but I'm just going to take it as a loss. I probably won't purchase from Wayfair again. This is the second furniture item we have gotten from them that is pretty much junk. I'll stick with in person, reputable furniture stores.
