Cheaper material. Also the headboard did not align with frame. Very dissatisfying. I headboard also has dirt hand prints on it when it arrived. Hoping to return.

I needed a headboard right away, this one was fine for what I needed it for the only downside was that it arrived with serveral stains. I was able to return the item, so I was never able to utilize this headboard.

I purchased two, one in the beige linen and one in the dark grey linen. The linen look gives a more up scale look than comparable polyester upholstered headboard. I also like they they were not tufted nor had nail heads. Lastly they are high enough that you can sit still see the headboard when the bed is fully made with pillows.

The headboard is a good value for the money. My only complaint would be that the packing did not adequately cushion the welting around the outside frame. Basically it was flattened out in areas because it was just bagged and put in the box. A little extra on the corners would make a big difference.
