Garbage sofa where the frame collapsed after owning it for 16 month (in an adult home with minimal wear). When I reached out to wayfair, I was told it was outside the 12 months and to reach out to the manufacturer (Valencia Theatre Seating). After taking over 4 weeks to come up with a solution, they offered 300 credit or I could get three quotes for repair and send them to them. I cannot figure out how that option couldn’t have been expressed immediately. Incredibly disappointed in the quality and service.
