Extendable Dining Table Fidel

The perfect table for our home! Looks good, feels good, nice and sturdy. We keep coasters and placemats in the storage underneath. We extended at holidays. We were so hesitant to buy this, especially when you can’t touch it. We were afraid it would be cheap. But we listened to the reviews and bought it anyways and we are so happy we did!

Update: It's been four years and it's been holding up. The hook under that table lost a screw. However I do have an alternative idea that I have to buy at Ace Hardware/True Value. Overall it's been a excellent table. Have used it as a buffet/party table during the holidays. I get what I paid for. It is made of particle board. As long as you don't abuse it, it will last for a while. I think mine is two years and counting. Only the locking hook hardware is the only thing that went out on me. I am using a nicer upgraded hardware that helps snap the tables together tight.

The table is good but the installation was quite annoying. None of the pieces came labeled and the measurements of each piece was in millimeters. There was not organization to The bag of hardware. Everything was just thrown in there and the bag itself was cheap so it was already ripped when I opened the box. Pieces kept falling out. Also my piece 1 didn’t come with the prefilled holes for the latch for the sliding mechanism so I had to place and drill myself. But the latches of the sliding mechanism are not good. They all face the same direction so the right side of the table won’t latch close properly since there is no clearance room.

The table is just gorgeous! We definitely did our research before getting it, spending a lot of time reading reviews. I think we made a good decision. Everything, from the color and texture to the installation process, turned out better than we expected. And the delivery service was fast too
